180 Degree View of Wallowa Lake completely frozen over. This picture was taken in February of 2001, and the freezing over has not occurred since. Locals remember it as a common occurrence with stories of cars driving and even planes landing on the frozen lake. With the warming temperatures this might become a rare event.
